--Installation at Extrusiones Metalicas

State-of-the-art technology to provide a comprehensive packing solution which is connected to the vertical painting plant at Extrusiones Metallicas in Valladolid, Spain. 

Painted profiles coming from the vertical painting plant are automatically moved to the sub-bundle wrapping line to consequently form a master bundle. The system is also able to process cardboard boxes.

The system includes wrapping machines with a complete automatic system for loading and unloading the material which guarantees a continuous flow of profiles without stopping the painting system.

Always thanks to the help of different systems, such as multiple paper/cardboard pullers, automatic packaging machines or special machines adapted to the customer's needs, we have managed to reduce production "downtime", manpower and improve the quality of the final product.
