Brushing Machine

The machine is employed to get rid of superficial defects - such as extrusion marks, signs of manipulation, storage or tranport signs - in order to provide surfaces with a satin finish, displaying multiple aesthetic aspects, prior to the anodizing process, but even before the painting stage, with an aim to improving surface quality. Several models are available, depending on the output capacity required. The machines enable you to obtain varying types of satin finish, which remain visible after anodizing process, by setting different brush speeds and the processing speed, and by interchanging different types of brushes and their grit.
