Extrusiones Metalicas increases automation with the EMMEBI machines
EMMEBI signed a contract for the supply of two Taping Lines with Extrusiones Metalicas, a pioneer company in Mexico in manufacturing and distributing aluminum systems for industry and architecture and a benchmark in the Latin American sector.
Exmet wanted to optimize their packing department to guarantee a further protection to those profiles which are used to produce windows and doors and so require a particular and accurate attention during the subsequent processing phases.
Individual profiles can be processed during the cutting operation without removing the protection.
The Taping Machine is the ideal solution to guarantee a final product without scratches or handling marks, generated during the processing and assembling phases by the window and door manufacturer.
